Foot Pad Consideration

SnapPad feet are carefully engineered to snap onto flat landing feet. They will likely not work if your landing feet are bent or have become "dished". This "dishing" can occur on even brand new RV models.

Simple, One-Time Installation

SnapPads install quickly and easily, and never need to be removed. Install each pad one at a time. Begin by placing the pad beneath your jack, ensuring that the pad and foot are properly aligned.

SnapPad jack pad installation

Lower the jack until the lip of the pad fully engages around its foot and locks into place. You'll hear a snapping sound once the pad is securely installed. Repeat this process for the remaining pads. Installation is permanent, so once you have the SnapPads secured, you'll never have to worry about crawling under your RV to place pads again.

I have always used a 2 x 6 block to support the stabilizer jacks. While that works fine, you do have to get on the ground and place each one every time you set up the trailer. This system was super easy to install (no tools needed) and you don't have to get under the trailer at all to use it when you set up or tear down.

by:

SnapPads are great, no more having to place wood under stabilizers and one less thing to setup when camping.Ive had them for a year and no issues, very good quality.

by:

These pads have been very useful. I lower our stabilizers without having to worry about placing a pad underneath the stabilizer feet. I sometimes use the pads in combination with rubber pads to provide a better footing on gravel or soft ground. No problem with them coming loose in over a year. Definite buy.

The Snap Pads are still on the job - no issues with them coming loose or being damaged. Makes setting up the camper just a little easier. I even added one to the tongue jack.

it is easy to set up and really stable.

No issue so far. Attached very well.

by:

Easy to order and easy to install. Great investment if you want a solid foundation for your RV.

by:

Works well. Always in place so no more bending down to place pads.

by:

Thank You Ashley for your help in selecting the size I needed for my travel trailer, the order arrived promptly and the installation of the four SnapPads took a whole 5 minutes! Great fit and it looks like a great product that’ll work as advertised. Keep up the great work, be well and stay safe!

by:

Snap pads are doing great! We actually purchased a newer camping trailer and I moved the snap pads to our new unit!

by:

Easy to install and have performed well. My concern was that they might fall off, but I have had no issues with that after moderate to heavy use in summer, fall, and cold winter conditions

by:

Having problems getting 2of them on. Only 2 or 3 sides snap in.

Try using a little dish soap around the inner lip of the SnapPad to help it snap into place. If one side still won't snap, raise the jack 3–4 inches, place a shim or small block under the side that hasn't engaged, and lower the jack again. The shim acts like a shoehorn to help the last edge snap into place.

by:

We love them!!! They went on very easy with a little dawn dish soap.

@Brooke That's awesome to hear! Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience. Where is your next adventure to?

by:

Installed easy and seems to give a better base for the jacks!

by:

The shipping from Etrailer shipping was great and fast got our jack pads put on they look great so far so good

by:

Great product, works well. Fast shippin g!

by:

They provide secure no slip contact with any surface. Protect the metal feet from getting scratched and eventually rusting.

by:

These fit perfectly on my 2026 Brinkley I 275. I haven't camped in it yet with but I've already noticed an improvement in stability. The trailer is in my shop on pretty smooth concrete and I think the feet slide a bit. Very easy to install. I put a little bit of Dawn on each pad and they "snapped" right on.

by:

After trading up to a new trailer, my first upgrade was to get another set of SnapPads for it. I was so happy with the performance of the pads, that I wasted no time in ordering another set again. Thanks etrailer & SnapPad for an excellent product and value.

Asked by e-trailer to submit a one-year anniversary review for this item, so here it is. We really like the SnapPads and have had no issues with them whatsoever. I feel like they have increased our overall stability when the stabilizers are down and appreciate the extra cushioning and larger footprint. We have not had any issues with them becoming loose or falling off during travel as some other users have mentioned. Mainly because I glued them to the metal stabilizer pads using extreme-hold glue and also wrapped heavy duty zip ties around each one.

We remain very happy with this product and really believe that it does add stability to our travel trailer. We still havent had any issues whatsoever with the snap pads becoming dislodged but once again I believe thats because of the way I attached them. See my previous review to understand what I mean by that. So overall, still very pleased with the durability and the function of this item.

by:

Holds firm and prevents the stabilizer feet from sliding on asphalt when walking in the camper. Very happy with the purchase. If installing on electric stabilizers, mine did not have enough pressure to push the jack feet into the pad. If you angle one side of the pad onto the stabilizer foot before compressing and add soap to lubricate, it popped on pretty easily. Just used a screwdriver to lift the remaining sides onto the feet. Install took about 15 minutes.

by:

Installed 6 inch wide snap pads to my 2024 261RB DELLA TERRA and had no problem on install. Appears to give guite a bit of stability to the jacks.

SnapPads rock! I love how easy they are to install.
They are a must have for new campers in my opinion. We will see how they do over time and I will repost later this year!

No problems with the snap pads! They are durable and we really enjoy them. Seems like they should be standard issue on trailers!

That’s awesome to hear, and I love the enthusiasm. It really is one of those upgrades you don’t think much about until you use them, and then you wonder why they didn’t come standard. Glad the install was easy and they’ve been holding up well for you so far. They really do make setup and breakdown a lot simpler and cleaner. What kind of trailer are you running them on?

Good Morning Josh, (etrailer) My son in law and myself attempted to install the 4ea SnapPads on my 2020 Heartland Sundance RV this past weekend since the campground just opened up on 04/01/2025 and the weather has been rainy all week. Unfortunately, we could not get any of them to fit my leveling system. I watched the video a few times and followed the instructions exactly, but we could not get them to fit. Please let me know how to return the product for a refund. Sorry that things didn't work out, thanks. Eddie

Hey Eddie! We have some 6 inch pads that will probably do better than the 5 1/2 inch size, just based on the picture with the tape measurer. I can't quite tell - are the stabilizer feet flat or do they have curled edges? If they are that could cause a bad fit, too.

by:

Very happy with my snap pads , my leveling jacks wasn’t able too but enough pressure to snap them on , so I removed them and mounted them to the tongue jack and snapped them right on and remounted them on my stabilizers , worked great .

Looks awesome, Ken! Thanks for sending the pictures :) Is this a camper trailer the Snap pads are on?

by:

So far we love this product! It didn’t take 15 minutes to install. One person to let the stabilizers up/down and another to install. We used soapy water with first one. It went on easy. We used a long flathead screwdriver as a wedge with remaining three. Positioning then lowered the stabilizer all the way to ensure it was in place. Really easy for two amateurs!

Still love our snap pads. They add stability. Have not had an issue with them coming off at all. Highly recommend!

  • SnapPads for 2022 Grand Design XLS 21BHE
Hello again Stephen! What kind of jacks do you have on your Imagine? If it is the Lippert leveling system with 5-1/2" square feet you need the # SN68FR. If it is a 2-point instead of a 4-point system you can pick up two of the # SN73FR instead. If you have standard scissor jacks you need # SN32FR. I don't know what kind of tongue jack is on there, so I will need the measurement off of the foot to see if one is available.

  • How To Determine The Correct SnapPads For 2023 Airstream Pottery Barn Edition Travel Trailer
The size of the jack pads for your 2023 Airstream aren't listed so the only way to know for sure would be to measure their diameter. The SnapPad XTRA Square 5Jack Pads for Lippert Leveling Systems # SN68FR are for 5-1/2" square feet. If yours differ in size then let me know and I'd be happy to find the correct fit.

Hey Jacki thanks for stopping by! We don't have your trailer fit guided for SnapPads but all you'll need to do is measure the diameter of your exisiting jack feet and let me know what shape they are, (I.e, 6" round), which you then could use something like the SnapPad Mini Jack Pads for Class C Motorhomes and Travel Trailers w/ 6" Round Jack Feet # SN59FR. Hello Brian, Wow, that is a really nice camper! We will definitely have some Snap pads that are going to work for you, but unfortunately I do not have a database that supplies me with what is put on what trailer, my job would be a whole lot easier if I did. Can you please provide me the measurement of the feet and what shape they are so I can ensure we get you the correct fit? We do have the correct SnapPad's that you need but the SnapPad XTRA Jack Pads for Lippert Leveling Systems w/ 5-1/2" Square Jack Feet # SN68FR would not be the correct ones if you have 6" feet. The correct SnapPads would be the SnapPad XTRA Jack Pads for Lippert Leveling Systems w/ 6" Square Jack Feet # SN99FR. The SnapPad # SN99FR are for 5-3/4" to 6" square pads so they will work for your feet measuring close 6".

I was able to narrow down your 2019 Heartland Mallard M32 to having the Lippert stabilizer jacks. They will be either the 5-1/2" to 5-5/8" Pads # SN68FR or the 5-3/4" to 6" Pads # SN99FR. You will need to measure your stabilizer feet to find the exact pads.

I believe you will actually need the SnapPad XTRA Square 6 Jack Pads for Lippert Leveling Systems # SN99FR for your 2024 Salem Cruise Lite 263BHXLX. But you will want to measure your pads to verify as I have no way to see exactly what stabilizers you have and Forest River cannot tell me either. These pads will fit feet that are 5-3/4" to 6" square while the Pads # SN68FR you found are going to fit 5-1/2" to 5-5/8" square feet.

  • Do SnapPad XTRA Square 5Jack Pads Have Cleaning Instructions
The SnapPad XTRA Square 5Jack Pads for Lippert Leveling Systems # SN68FR don't necessarily HAVE to be cleaned, but if you're needing to clean mud and dirt off of them from a campsite then you would just scrub it off using water and any kind of scrub or tool really. These pads are a heavy duty rubber material so unless you're using something sharp that could cut into them they will be pretty resistant to anything else.
